The synergy created by their brainstorming, shared responsibilities, energies and collective skills, provide you with the finest real estate service possible.   A top producer at Kinlin Grover/ GMAC and at the Cape Cod Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for years, and company trainer for six years, participant in several top producer panels and groups, co-host of Channel 8's "Real Estate and You," GRI and CRS (a designation held by only 4 percent of all Realtors) , recipient of numerous international awards, Wendy will list your property for sale or work with you to find the right property . Wendy French           Hildur is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. She holds a B.A. in Business Management. As a "listing assistant," Hildur processes listings and helps to guide sellers throught he closing process. She also is our computer guru and has contributed immeasurably to our computer services to you. Hildur is currently training for her first half- marathon. Hildur Kidney       A graduate of Suffolk University School of Communication, Jessica is our listing specialist. As such, she is responsible for gathering and tracking all of the many details in listing homes and in closing sales. Having just bought her own home in Harwich, she is sensitive to the anxieties produced by the processes of listing, selling, and buying real estate. She is an especially good pianist and loves to run and pump iron. Jessica is one of the two Cape Cod natives on our team. Jessica French       Todd French Having just completed a two-year commitment with AmeriCorps where he ran a teen center, designing and implementing after school art programs for youth at risk, Todd has hit the ground running as a buyer specialist. His enthusiasm and genuine appreciation of people are only compounded by the incredible buyer specialist training opportunities he's been able to attend recently including The Howard Brinton University this fall as well as the National Association of Realtors convention in November . These gave him the opportunity to network and brainstorm with some of the 100 top-producing agents in the country, which bolstered and buttressed the accredited buyer representation, technology, and risk management classes he's attended to date.       "French" enjoys showing property to buyers and provides valuable services to sellers by photographing property, putting up signs, cutting keys, following up on showings, and providing moral support to the team. He is a retired guidance counselor, marine mammal expert and an avid fly fisherman.
